TENNENT’S has teamed up with Slanj Highlandwear to turn the kilt fitting experience into a big celebration ahead of the busy wedding season.

From today, the brewers will be giving away bottles of the new Caledonia premium ales to visitors to Slanj shops in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Grooms and their wedding parties will get a taste of the Caledonia range – Outpost IPA, Hop Scotch and Double Hop – as part of a new in-store service while having their fitting.

The partnership is one of the first of its kind in Scotland and the first ever for Caledonia. The new premium bottled ales collection was unveiled with a special projection against the backdrop of Loch Katrine, the water of which is a key ingredient.

Wendy Espie, Tennent’s senior brand manager, said: “Sipping a glass of fizz at your dress fitting with your bridesmaids is all part of the wedding experience, and we think this opportunity should be extended to the male counterparts.

“We’ve created our partnership with Slanj to give guys the ultimate kilt fitting experience. We’re delighted to provide Slanj with samples of our new Caledonia Premium Ales.”
