A SCOTTISH breast cancer charity has welcomed the backing of supermodels Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell to the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer poster campaign.

Mario Testino OBE, a world-renowned Peruvian fashion and portrait photographer, is using his striking images of the models to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the campaign, launched today, and money raised will go directly to charity Breast Cancer Now.

Mary Allison, director for Scotland at Breast Cancer Now, said: “Over the past 20 years, Fashion Targets Breast Cancer has raised £14 million for pioneering breast cancer research in the UK.

“These vital funds have enabled discoveries that are transforming the lives of so many people affected by breast cancer. But, with over 4,600 women being diagnosed with breast cancer every year in Scotland and around 1,000 dying, there’s so much more we can do. That’s why we’re asking the public to continue to stand with us and ‘Wear Your Support’ with pride.”

The stunning 2016 images unveiled across UK billboards today see Testino re-invent Moss and Campbell’s original bold and beautiful poses, 20 years on.

The campaign calls on shoppers to show their support by buying something from the 2016 Fashion Targets Breast Cancer collection.
