OUR reader Mary E Millington has told of her shock at finding a picture of Kezia Dugdale’s head photoshopped onto her body in yesterday’s Scottish Sun.

Mary, 65, from Glasgow’s east end, said the original picture had been taken at a Stop Trident rally in Faslane in May just hours before she was arrested for breach of the peace and malicious mischief.

“I was outraged really. Jeremy Corbyn, at least he’s against Trident,” she said.

“I didn’t want Kezia Dugdale’s head on my shoulders. I was arrested later that day. It was quite a heavy day. I don’t like to see it put to ridicule.”

However, Mary, an SNP member, says she was buoyed by the vote on Trident renewal at the weekend.

“Anyone who’s against Trident, I think they’re great. I just hope we can get things moving and stop the Trident replacement.”

Mary, stand assured that we here at you super soaraway National will guarantee to never photoshop a politician’s head onto your body.
