A CAMPAIGNING man in a pink kilt designed by kiltmaker to the stars Howie Nicholsby has raised almost £2,000 for Scotland’s leading breast cancer charity after wearing it for 31 days straight.

The owner of 21st Century Kilts in Edinburgh, donated a special pink kilt to Breast Cancer Now to help boost funds for the charity’s research.

The striking kilt was worn by Lawrence Cowan, Breast Cancer Now’s policy and campaigns manager, every day throughout October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, in a bid to increase awareness and fundraise, and he managed to raise £1,865.
