POPULAR 80s band Fairground Attraction are reuniting for a new tour after an absence of 35 years.

Led by Scottish singer-songwriter Eddi Reader, all four original members of the band are back for the new tour.

Ahead of the tour, the band has released a new single titled What’s Wrong With The World which will form part of a new studio album to be released this year.

Reader will be joined by the band’s guitarist Mark Nevin as well as Simon Edwards and Roy Dodds for the tour.

The band, which was originally formed in Glasgow, will play a number of dates in Scotland – these include:

  • Perth – Concert Hall – October 14
  • Aberdeen – Music Hall – October 16
  • Glasgow – Royal Concert Hall – October 17
  • Edinburgh – Usher Hall – October 18

Pre-sales for tickets will begin on March 27 while general sale will start on March 28 and more information can be found HERE.

The band is also playing a number of dates in cities across England, including in London, Manchester and Brighton.
