WIKILEAKS has stunned Twitter users by sharing a bizarre poll about what would happen in an independent Scotland post-Brexit.

The post gives a hypothetical scenario and asks users of the social media site to choose one of four answers.

It reads: “POLL: Post Brexit, EU states have incentive to back Scottish independence so Scotland can rejoin the EU. All UK nukes are in Scotland. If Scotland joins EU, will the new EU Army eventually station troops in Scotland to check the threat of English invasion?”

It then provides four options: No, possibly, probably and definitely.

At the time of writing, No was in the lead with 38%, followed by Definitely on 24%, Possibly on 20% and Probably on 18%. Those results were based on more than 4,500 votes.

“Are you serious with that question?” asked Twitter a user by the name of Lord Pelagius, summing up the sentiments of many towards the poll.

"Damn WikiLeaks that's the best you got nowadays? Twitter polls?" added Brian C.

Other users speculated whether or not the WikiLeaks Twitter account had been hacked again.
