A LEADING software entrepreneur has been appointed chairman of a Scottish tech company which has received global recognition for a platform that simplifies health and safety management.
SHE Software, which is based in Glasgow, appointed Martin Fincham just two months after a
£3 million funding boost helped it launch a new operations centre in Chicago.
The company, whose signature software package Assure is designed to reduce organisational risk, also has offices in in Leeds and New Zealand.
CEO Matthew Elson said: “Right now, our goal is to bring our innovative and dynamic health and safety solution to the US market. I firmly believe that we will achieve this with Martin’s help, support and guidance.”
Fincham founded his first software company at the age of 24 and worked in Silicon Valley for five years.
He said: “I look forward to supporting Matthew and the team, sharing my experience of taking a software business to global scale.”
