TODAY is the second anniversary of the Brexit vote. Two years on, and the Tories are threatening to destroy devolution while stumbling around in negotiations with the EU.

In fact, the state of Brexit is so embarrassing, even the Daily Mail doesn't bother going with that as its splash – their Scottish edition is identical.
