Irn-Bru BANNED from Donald Trump's Scottish hotel
IRN-BRU has officially been banned from Donald Trump's Turnberry hotel in Ayrshire.
According to the Daily Record, the ban came to light after guests were refused Scotland's other national drink at an event – though Coca-Cola was still available.
Trump Turnberry representatives claim it could stain the new carpets.
Turnberry general manager Ralph Porciani said: “We can’t have it staining when to replace the ballroom carpet would be £500,000 alone.
“We have villas here with Irn-Bru stains in the carpets which I can’t let.”
