A WILDLIFE tour company has teamed up with VisitScotland on a scheme aimed at helping tourists stay in the know.
Seafari Adventures, based in Easdale, has become part of the network of VisitScotland Information Partners (VIPs).
As part of the partnership, the company has invested in larger buildings which will include a local exhibition area and full tourist information.
The Oban adventure business takes customers out on to the Firth of Lorne to experience Scotland’s
wildlife and nature, with all tours passing through the Gulf of Corryvreckan, home of the world’s third largest whirlpool.
Following an assessment last year the company received VisitScotland’s top Quality Assurance award, which recognises the high standard of the visitor experience it offers.
Launched last year, the VIP programme supports tourism providers as local ambassadors, and improves the information available to visitors coming to Scotland.
