A SPECIAL episode in which a mother and her son both go looking for love. Emile, who is 30, has to suffer being embarrassed by his mum Belinda before getting the chance to choose between a model, a restaurant host and a woman who’s not keen on mummy’s boys. Belinda sizes up an HGV driver, a former holiday rep, and a candidate from Northern Ireland.

Casualty, BBC1, 8.20pm
STRUGGLING to keep a lid on her emotions after her night with Eddie, Alicia pushes Ethan away. Then he makes a shocking confession which leaves her feeling even more alone. Connie returns and immediately notices that someone has killed and replaced her goldfish. With Elle’s encouragement, Connie has some fun waiting for the culprits to reveal themselves and puts the pressure on.

THE third episode of the Welsh drama sees the police investigation into the kidnappings enter a new phase when DI Cadi John and DS Owen Vaughan question Lowri’s boyfriend, but they don’t get the response they were looking for. Student Megan has a breakdown after losing her coursework and tries to take her own life. This leads her into the path of labourer Dylan Harris. His explosive outburst after being sacked leaves his boss Delyth Hughes worried about his mental health.
