Performance Live: Winged Bull in the Elephant Case, BBC2, 11.40pm

IN 2009, Eve Myles and Trevor Eve starred in a BBC drama entitled Framed, in which works of art from London’s National Gallery were moved in a Welsh mine for safekeeping following a flood.

It is also the inspiration for the latest edition of BBC Two’s occasional Performance Live series, which showcases extraordinary productions by some of the country’s best arts organisations.
