MORE than 70 staff will be recruited for a new restaurant at Port Edgar Marina in South Queensferry which opens this summer.
A range of full-time and part-time jobs will be available across various roles, including kitchen and management positions at Scotts Bar and Restaurant.
Hospitality group Buzzworks Holdings is searching for candidates with a love of food and passion for making people feel great to join them in the group’s first ever venture in the East of Scotland.
Scotts extensive menu will be available throughout the day and night, featuring everything from traditional fish and chips and burgers, to dry aged steaks and freshly landed seafood.
Kenny Blair, managing director of Buzzworks Holdings, said: “We are incredibly excited to be progressing with Scotts at Port Edgar Marina – our first restaurant to be launched in the East Coast.
“Scotts will bring a brand new dining experience to South Queensferry and we are looking for talented people to join us in providing world class hospitality to our customers – synonymous with the Buzzworks brand.
“At Buzzworks we place a real emphasis on our team of staff, and this is a great opportunity for likeminded individuals to grow and develop with us as we launch Scotts in the East.”
Buzzworks Holdings manages ten prestigious venues including Elliots in Prestwick, Scotts in Troon and Largs, Lido venues in Prestwick and Troon, The Treehouse in Ayr, The Longhouse in Kilmarnock, The Mill House in Stewarton, The Corner House in Kilwinning and The Coach House in Bridge of Weir.
Senior management roles are already being advertised on the company’s website with more vacancies being opened up in the next couple of months.
