DISUSED land in Leith following be revitalised following unanimous approval of a long-running brownfield development.

CALA Homes (East) hopes to begin construction of 388 homes as early as summer after proposals for Waterfront Plaza opposite Leith’s Ocean Terminal were given the green light by councillors.

As well as 1500sq.m of workspace units, the plans include 97 affordable homes.
