AFFORDABLE high speed fibre for businesses in Inverness and the surrounding area is finally available in the city and has been widely welcomed by the business community and local politicians.
Fibre2business is being provided by local technology company Dynamic Edge, who have had a presence in Inverness for almost three-years.
Dynamic Edge have worked for more than a year to bring the project to fruition, working with businesses who have limited or no access to high speed internet in the Highlands.
Drew Hendry, MP for Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey said: “This is very good news for businesses in Inverness and I look forward to seeing the benefits delivering for people and businesses in and around the city.
“Improved digital connectivity is vital to making Inverness a more attractive place to do business. A competitive and future-proofed digital infrastructure will allow us to increase productivity, and growth in our economy, leading to more and better paid jobs.”
