A MEMBER of the Glasgow coding community and senior developer at creative agency Equator has been named as one of the Most Valuable Persons (MVP) working with content management system Umbraco.

Carole Logan received the coveted MVP award at Codegarden, the largest gathering of the global Umbraco community which took place in Odense, Denmark.

Logan was recognised for her valuable work in the coding community, including organising the Glasgow Umbraco Users’ Group (GLUUG), a bi-monthly networking event hosted at Equator’s headquarters in Finnieston. She also regularly contributes to industry blogs and shares insight and advice on her own blog.

Carole, who recently celebrated her four-year anniversary at Equator, said: “Attending Codegarden for the second year in a row was an incredible experience, especially as I also had the pleasure of presenting this time round.

“It’s fantastic to be recognised by the developer community. Working at Equator has provided a great base for me to evolve my skills and I can’t wait to see what exciting things we create next using Umbraco.”
