SCOTLAND is in the grip of a major gin boom with 25 new Scottish products being added to the 2017 Gin Map of Scotland.
A stunning ginographic has been updated with the new gins added. It was created by restaurant and hotel booking website 5pm.co.uk and launches in time for World Gin Day on June 10.
An incredible 25 new Scottish gins have launched in the last year alone taking the total number on the map to 53. The colourful print includes the name of the brand, their location, all their botanicals and the garnish recommended by the distiller.
Notable new additions on the map include LoneWolf Gin, produced by craft beer giants BrewDog, two gins from Orkney, Kirkjuvagr and Johnsmas, Misty Isle Gin from Skye, and Ginerosity, a social enterprise venture based in Edinburgh.
